A Sunday Adventure
We are so lucky to live in an area where we have such diverse options for fun activities. Before we spent about an hour on a kayak one Sunday, we made two stops. There are three sets of photos below.
First we visited Headlands State Park Beach in Mentor the day after the annual BeachFest. Each year talented artists create some phenomenal sand sculptures.
Then we headed to Holden Arboretum in Kirtland where have an annual membership. This was a unique exhibit scattered throughout the grounds. These were Lego Sculptures. You’ll see each sign describing the subject and reporting how many Lego blocks and how much time it took to build the corresponding sculpture.
But we couldn’t leave Holden Arboretum without admiring some of the lovely foliage this organization is charged to care for.
