Frank and Pauline Vaccariello Memorial Scholarship
The Frank and Pauline Vaccariello Memorial Scholarship is a $1,000 scholarship made available with funds provided by Frank and Pauline’s children. The Scholarship will be awarded to a graduating Riverside High School senior who is currently enrolled in band and was at least a two-year instrument playing member of the Riverside Regiment and displays a strong moral character, a dedicated work ethic and a commitment to the Riverside Regiment.
Frank and Pauline Vaccariello were proud supporters and active volunteers of the Riverside Bands from the late 1970s through the 1980s. They served as Co-president of the Band Boosters for a couple of years during this time. Frank and Pauline were the parents of three Riverside band members and grandparents of five Regiment members.
This scholarship will be awarded to a student who has or is attempting to gain admission to an accredited University, College, Community College, technical school or trade school.
Recipient of the scholarship award must meet the following criteria:
- Have maintained an above average attendance record
- Have maintained a 2.50 grade point average
- Submit a completed application
- Receive one written letter of recommendation. Either one teacher recommendation or one personal recommendation.
